No Teflon coating

Most non-stick cookware on the market contain Teflon, the coating is easy to peel off. However, Asian cooking culture accustomed to using iron spatula and big fire cooking, causing higher chance to ingest toxic substances and inhale Teflon fumes. Therefore, we combine honeycomb structure and ceramic to create high hardness and non-stick surface, but not Teflon.
